2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106949Clinical history : An 11 year old female with severe frontal headache and a history of meningitis since the age of 5 was diagnosed with a optic atrophy and hydrocephalus.A ventricular shunt operation was done but the patient diad shortly after the surgery.Autopsy findings : 1. Old chronic basal leptomeningitis with fibrotic closure of the foraman of Lushka and Magendie.2. Pronunced hydrocephalus.Diagnosis: Fibrotic closure of the foramen of Luschka and Magendie.Secondary to meningitis and hydrocephalus
