Description
Clinical history : A 25 year old female with signs of Cushing syndrome.
Adrenal cortical adenoma was diagnosed and right-sided adrenalectomy performed.
Cushing syndrome persisted and five months later left-sided adrenalectomy was done.
Diagnosis: Nodular cortical hyperplasia
