Abstract
Description
Clinical history : A 25 year old female who had extended labor 6 years ago.
An abdominal operation was previously done but the patient had a cervico-vaginal fistula.
When patient had gradually become comatose and terminal, a blood transfusion of 500 ml.% was administered.
Autopsy findings : 1. Bronchopneumonia.
2. Both uteruses has been transplanted in the sigmoid colon.
3. Bilateral hydro-ureter, hydro-nephrosis and acute or chronic pyelonephritis.
Diagnosis: Hydronephrosis with acute receding of chronic pyelonephritis
