Description
Clinical history : A 38 year old male with a long history of pain in the neck and the patient had later become stuporous and comatous with no definitive cause.
Autopsy findings : 1. Pavemnet cell carcinoma of one of the left superor lobe bronchi.
2. Outgrowths in the brain, adrenal gand, kidney and mediastinal lymph nodes.
Diagnosis: Right cystic cerebral bleeding with communication with the ventricle
