Clinical history : A 15-year-old male patient had laryngeal obstruction for three days: a condition that recurred every winter.
A tracheostomy was done without much improvement.
A bronchoscopy showed tracheal stenosis.
Autopsy findings : 1. Hypoplastic larynx.
2. Acute suppurative laryngo-trachea-bronchitis.
Diagnosis: Congenital hypoplasia of larynx
