Description
Clinical history : A 57 year old male with a hsitory of duodenal ulcer which perforated.
A vagotomy and gastroenterostomy was done due to pilarus stenosis and later developed an obstruction to the stomcah exit with stomal ulceration and vomitting of gal.
A Billroth I gastrectomy with a Roux and anastomoses cholecystecomy was done.
Diagnosis: Pyloric stenosis
