Description
Clinical history : A 38 year old female who presented with epilepsy 18 months prior to death and no neurology attack was seen.
A tumor of the parietal lobe was later seen using a tomography and a craniotomy was done.
A diagnosis of Grade IV astrocytoma was made and a right hemiplegia was developed.
Autopsy findings : 1. Grade IV astrocytoma.
2. Bilateral bronchpneumonia.
3. Leiomyoma of the uterus.
Diagnosis: Grade IV astrocytoma
