Description
Clinical history : A 40 year old patient with history of productive cough.
Examination showed large right sided pleural effusion and pulmonary tuberculosis was diagnosed.
A small skin erosion of the vulva close to the urethral opening was present.
Autopsy findings : Widespread tuberculosis (lungs, peritoneum, lymph nodes, Fallopian tubes, kidneys, uterus)
Diagnosis: Tuberculous salpingitis.
Endometritis.
Cervicitis
