Description

Clinical history : A 24 year old female patient was admitted to hospital with severe dehydration and electrolyte disturbance following prolonged diarrhoea.
She died shortly after admission.
Autopsy findings : 1. Acute ulcerating enterocolitis.
2. Fat necrosis around Pancreas.
3. Fatty change in liver.
Diagnosis: Acute ulcerating enterocolitis Pancreatitis with inspissated secretions and fat necrosis
