Description
Clinical history : A seventy year old female patient with long history of smoking and chronic obstructive airway disease.
She received treatment for heart failure but admitted to hospital with epigastric pain, vomiting and died soon afterwards.
Autopsy findings : 1. Centrilobular emphysema.
2. Bleeding peptic ulcer in stomach.
3. Dissecting aneurysm of pulmonary artery with cystic medionecrosit.
Diagnosis: Dissecting aneurysm of pulmonary artery
