Description

Clinical history : A female 45-years of age with semi-stuporous condition preceded by progressive dyspnoea, dysphagia and limitation in arm and leg movement.
Clinically sclerodermia with heart failure was diagnosed.
Oliguria developed and in spite of peritoneal dialysis the patient died.
Autopsy findings : 1. Sclerodermia with cardiac involvement.
2. Sclerodermia of kidney.
Diagnosis: Systemic sclerodermia
