Description
Clinical history : A white female patient 55 years old with 15 years history of right-sided tremors developednervus facialis paresis on left side and left hemiplegia.
Angiogram showed suspicion of tumour in the right occipital region of the brain.
Autopsy findings : Grade II astrocytoma of corpus callosum with infiltration of septum pellucidum in the frontal area.
Diagnosis: Grade II astrocytoma of corpus callosum
