Description
Clinical history : A 2 month old male with cyanosis and a heart which was not clinically enlarged but a Grade II systolic murmur was heard over the pericardium.
A diagnosis of cyanotic congenital heart injury was made.
Autopsy findings : 1. Complete transposition of the great vessels with a small ductus arteriosus and a small atrial septal defect.
Diagnosis: Valid transposition of the great vessels with a small ductus arteriosus and small atrial septal defect
