Description
Clinical history : A 3 month old male with swelling on the left which had grown bigger and he had hiccups.
The patient also presented with bronchpnuemonia and a bronchoscopy was done for comparison and edema of the mucus of the trachea was seen and respiratory distress was later presented.
Autopsy findings : 1. Teratoma of th eleft side of th neck with widening of the thyroid.
2. edema of the mucus of the larynx and trachea.
3. Pulmonary congestion.
Diagnosis: Teratoma of the left side of the neck
