Description
Clinical history : A 1.5 year old male with fever, enlarged glands of the neck and a rash.
A diagnosis of glandular fever was made and the patient had tight expiration, a high fever and fast pulse for months.
Autopsy findings : 1. Multiple congenital arterial aneurysms primarily in the coronary arteries.
2. Interstiteal myocardial fibrosis.
3. Interstiteal pneumonitis
Diagnosis: Multiple congenital coronary artery aneurysm
