Description
Clinical history : A 38 year old white male with long history of neck pain became stuporous and later comatose.
Clinical examination was negative.
Autopsy findings : 1. Squamous cell carcinoma in upper lobe bronchus of left lung.
2. Tumour metastasis to brain, adrenal, kidney and mediastinal lymph nodes.
Diagnosis: Squamous cell carcinoma of bronchus with metastases to brain
