Description
Clinical history : A 4 year old male with a papillary and polypoidal tumor in the heart and a total cystectomy was done.
Autopsy findings : 1. Innate incompetency of the tricuspid valve.
2. Septum defect in the atrium and congestion.
Diagnosis: Innate tricuspid insufficiency, atrial-septal defect
