This document proposes to develop a spectrum of three generic business models which organisations in the tourism and hospitality industry can use when they need to incorporate Enterprise Development (ED) into their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy. The models are: All Control (AC), Some Control (SC), and No Control (NC). The AC business model describes the necessary steps of a business model which can be used by organisations that prefer to do ED on their own. The SC business model focuses on helping the second economy start-ups to deliver reliable services and quality products for organisations in the first economy and describes the relationships between entities. The NC business model is based on the concept of outsourcing and describes the necessary steps of the outsourcing process. An extensive literature study is carried out on different frameworks, strategies, and operational tools which can be used to formulate and execute profitable and sustainable business models followed by the application of the models to a case study.en_US
