Clinical history : A male patient 69 years old was admitted to hospital with clinical diagnosis of lobar pneumonia and cardiac failure
Autopsy findings : 1. Primary bronchial carcinoma in lower lobe of right lung.
2. Left and right ventricular hypertrophy of heart.
3. Atherosclerosis
Diagnosis: Bronchial carcinoma (undifferentiated small cell type)
