dc.descriptionClinical history : A male, 73-years old with complaints of abdominal pain for 3 weeks. Abdominal aorta aneurysm was diagnosed.
dc.descriptionHe was hypertensive (200/110).
dc.descriptionThe aneurysm was removed surgically and aorta transplant done.
dc.descriptionPost-operatively there was poor urinary excretion and patient died a day later.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : Massive haemorrhage from a chronic peptic stomach ulcer. Widespread atherosclerosis. Chronic bronchitis and panacinar emphysema. Benign prostatic hypertrophy.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis: Atherosclerotic aneurysm of abdominal aorta with prosthesis.
