Description

Clinical history : A 43 year old patient had left sided total mastectomy for carcinoma and post operative radiotherapy.
Skin metastases developed and bilateral oophorectomy performed.
Wide spread tumour metastases was present in the left ovary; the right ovary only contained serous cysts.
Diagnosis: Metastatic breast carcinoma and small central dermoid cyst
