Description
Clinical history : A 27 year old male with pancytopenia lymphadenopathy, ascites and mild peripheral edema. Hepatitis B markers showed positive feedback and a diagnosis of glomerulonephritis was also made.
Bone marrow was investigated and presented with displastic marrow with blast cells.
Diagnosis: Hodgkin's lymphoma
