Description
Clinical history : A 57 year old with stage 4 lymphoma of the diffused, mixed type whichwas diaganosed 18 months prior to death.
The patient was treated with chemotherapy and presented with abdominal lymphadenopathy and hepatosplenomegaly 4 months before death.
The patient also had terminal hemorrhagic ascites.
Autopsy findings : 1. Treated malignnat lymphoma in remission.
2. Myeloproliferating disease with bleeding tendancies.
Diagnosis: Extra-medullary hemopoiesis
