dc.descriptionThis oval-shaped French Sevres porcelain Bon-Bon ceramic box is decorated with polychrome on white floral panels on a yellow cracked-ice pattern ground. The base is sunken, glazed and marked with interlaced dubble “L”s, the figure 16 and the word “Sevres”. Such containers were used for sweets in the 18th and early 19th centuries.en_ZA
