Description
Clinical history : A 60 year old with a 2 month history of back pain.
The patient had chronic coughing for many years and was particularly emaciated and showed signs of emphysema.
Autopsy findings : 1. Primary bronchus carcinoma in the apical segment of the inferior lobe of the right lung.
2. Vascular emphysema.
3. Multiple outgrowths in the liver, mediastinal lymph nodes, kidneys and spinal cord.
Diagnosis: Metastatic carcinoma
