Description
Clinical history : A male baby 8 days old with Mongolism became cyanotic and started vomiting after the fourth oral feed.
Autopsy findings : 1. Mongolism.
2. Duodenal atresia with dilatation of stomach and first part of duodenum.
3. Bronchopneumonia
Diagnosis: Duodenal atresia.
