Clinical history : Post-feeding cyanosis was noted in a male neonate.
Gastric tube and gastrostomy failed to correct the condition.
Autopsy findings : 1. Congenital laryngeal cleft with communication between larynx and oesophagus.
2. Bronchopneumonia.
