Description
Clinical history : A 17 year old male with a repeated infection of the superior lobe of the right lung.
Signs of bronchial obstruction was diagnosed and a bronchogram showed obstruction of the inferior apical segmental bronchus and a biopsy of a carcinoid was done.
Diagnosis: Bronchial carcinoid with obstructive lung syndrome
