Description

Clinical history : A female patient 61 years old and 4 year postmenopausal complained of vaginal bleeding. Examination showed inversion of uterus and a large leiomyoma protruded through the cervix. Histologically a leiomyosarcoma was diagnosed and total hysterectomy performed.
Diagnosis: Leiomyosarcoma of cervix
