Description
Clinical history : A female patient 34 years old with polyuria, polydipsia and urinary tract infection.
Severe hypertension was present and serum potassium value 3,5 ml.
A diagnosis of primary aldosteronism was made and at operation a small tumour in one adrenal gland was found.
Diagnosis: Cortical adenoma with Conn syndrome and primary aldosteronism
