Description
Clinical history : A 61 year old male with hypertension and emphysema with cor pulmonary and later died of kidney failure.
Autopsy findings : 1. Vesicular emphysema.
2. Left and right ventricular hypertrophy and dilation.
3. Large kidney with a fine granular surface and multiple subcapsular bleeding.
Diagnosis: Malignant nephrosclerosis, tubular necrosis and small cortical adenoma
