Description
Clinical history : A 24 year old female with a maligannt melanoma in the frontal sinus.
The patient had presented with skin growths about 6 months before which were excised.
She had developed a mass in the left iliac fossa and left of the umbilicus.
A tumor about 7 cm in diameter was found on the small intestine wall with infiltration of the mesenterium ad a second mass 6 cm superior to the first also infiltrated the mesenterium.
Diagnosis: Malignant melanoma
