Abstract
Drawing by Sir Herbert Baker of a necked gable of a Cape Dutch style building at Schoonegezicht [Schoongezicht], erected in 1814. It includes a door and windows. This could be the homestead built by J. C. Adamson at Ida's Valley in Stellenbosch.
