Description
Clinical history : A 64 year old patient presented with choriocarcinoma of the liver.
The worst metastasis of the choriocarcinoma was lymphatic in nature and spread to the stomach.
The malginant tumor infitrated the stomach and caused infection of the mucus lining.
In the terminal phase of the cancer a broncho-aponeurosis was found in the righ lung.
Tubular necrosis was found in the kidneys.
The uterus was unaffected.
Diagnosis: Choriocarcinoma of the liver
