Description
Clinical history : A 20 year old male with anaemia and a kidney tumor.
Biopsy show aplastic anaemia and a laparotomy of the spleen and removal of a kidney was done.
Diagnosis: Tumor-forming meiloide metaplasia of the spleen.
Chronic bleeding in the renal pelvis.
