Abstract
Description
Clinical history : A 59 year old male with a diagnosis of Addison's disease.
The investigation presented a low blood pressure with an enlarged liver and weak kidney.
The lack of liver function resulted in weak albumin with positive flocculation test.
Autopsy findings : 1. Postnecrotic liver cirrhosis with siderosis with hematochromatic distributions of the hemosiderin.
2. Interstitial fibrosis of the pancreas.
3. Benign nephrosclerosis.
4. Oesophageal varices.
Diagnosis: Post necrotic liver cirrhosis with paired cirrhosis
