Description
Clinical history : A white male patient 41 years old with a naevus on the lower leg since childhood.
The lesion started bleeding 3 months ago and at examination enlarged inguinal lymph nodes was noted.
A wide excision of the lesion and block dissection of inguinal lymph nodes was done.
Diagnosis: Nodular malignant melanoma
