Description
Clinical history : A 53 year old male with muscle dystrophy and later complained of dispnea.
Autopsy findings : 1. Pronounced muscle dystrophy with the calf muscle which was totallybreplced with adipose tissue.
2. Pulmonary embolism.
Diagnosis: Muscle dystrophy with replacement by adipose tissue cells
