dc.descriptionTwo round cylindrical lead-glazed earthenware pots, one in a green glaze and the other in a brown glaze. Both pots are marked “Globe” on the bottom. The Globe pottery was situated in Muckleneuk in Pretoria and was Pretoria’s first Pottery. The Department of Plant Science of the University of Pretoria commissioned these pots as planters in 1922.en_ZA
