Description
Clinical history : A 1 year old male with heart failure and rectal bleedingdue to multiple intestinal polyps being found.
The patient also presented with a large head, drumstick fingers and hepatomegaly.
The patient also had protein losing enteropathy and weakened immunity with a cinical diagnosis of Cronkhite canada syndrome.
Autopsy findings : 1. Cronkhite canada syndrome.
2. Multiple polyps of the stomach to the rectum.
3. Alopecia.
Diagnosis: Cronkhite canada syndrome
