Description
Clinical history : A 34 year old white man with history of right-sided Jacksonian epilepsy, headache and dizziness.
Right-sided hemiparesis developed and the patient became comatose.
Cerebral angiogram showed no localising lesions and intraventricular catheter introduced.
Autopsy findings : Large glioma of the corpus callosum with infiltration and thickening of the septum pellucidum and flattering of both lateral ventricles.
Diagnosis: Graad IV astrocytoma of the corpus callosum and septum pellucidum
