dc.descriptionClinical history : A 14-year-old male patient suffered from jaundice for four years.
dc.descriptionNeedle biopsy of the liver showed subacute massive necrosis.
dc.descriptionSerum bilirubin values diminished slowly and the patient was discharged but had to be re-admitted into hospital due to shortness of breath and coughing.
dc.descriptionHe died shortly afterwards.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Subacute liver necrosis.
dc.description2. Peptic ulcer in duodenum.
dc.description3. Staphylococcus pneumonia mostly in upper lobe of right lung with central necrosis.
