Clinical history : A 11 year old white male child diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease shortly after birth.
Autopsy findings : 1. Congenital infantile polycystic kidneys.
2. Von Meyenburg hamartomes in liver.
3. Hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy.
Diagnosis: Infantile polycystic kidneys
