Clinical history : A 49 year old femal with an upset abdomen and amenorrhea.
After investigation, a tumor in the right ovary was found and a hystorectomy with bilateral salpingo oophorectomy was done.
Diagnosis: Weak differentiated papillary adenocarcinoma of the ovarium
