Abstract
Description
Clinical history : A 43 year old male who was in a confused state with pronounced cachexia.
Radiographs showed osteoporosis and lytic lesions of the first rib.
Autopsy findings : 1. Good differentiating sqamous cell carcinoma of the right superior lobar bronchus.
2. Metastasis in ribs, vertebral coloumn, thyroid and lymph nodes.
3. Bilateral septal tuberculosis.
Diagnosis: Metastatic Squamous cell carcinoma
