Description
Clinical history : A 31 year old male with a severely upset abdomen with signs of chronic Budd-Chiari syndrom and later developed hepatocellular carcinoma.
The patient was treated with meocarcinostatin.
Autopsy findings : 1. Hepatocellular carcinoma.
2. Membranous closure of the inferior vena cava.
3. Metastatic carcinoma of the lungs.
Diagnosis: Hepatocellular carcinoma with membranous closure of the inferior vena cava
