Description
Clinical history : A 32 year old patient presented with kidney failure.
Renal tubules of the left adrenal gland indicated a mass.
Patient was asypmtomatic and consequently showed no signs of hypertrophy.
A large tumor was found spanning from the left adrenal gland to the aorta.
Diagnosis: Pheochromocytoma of the left adrenal gland
