Description
Clinical history : A 38 year old coloured female patient with amenorrhoea for 3 months complained of abdominal pain.
Aspiration of fluid in the pouch of Douglas showed blood and diagnosis of ectopic tubal pregnancy was made.
The left Fallopian tube with ectopic pregnancy was removed surgically.
Diagnosis: Ectopic tubal pregnancy with rupture
