Description

Clinical history : A 60 year old male with chronic alcoholism and he passed due to bleeding of the oesophageal varices and had terminal acute failure and respiratory distress.
Autopsy findings : 1. Macronodular liver cirrhosis.
2. Acute alcoholism hepatitis.
3. Myocardial infarction.
Diagnosis: Micro-nodular cirrhosis following chronic active hepatitis
