Description
Clinical history : A 61 year old amle with a 4 month history of bronchitis, hoarsness and weight loss.
A bronchoscopy was done and a diagnosis of small cell carcinoma of the bronchus was made.
Autopsy findings : 1. Small cell carcinoma of the left upper lobar bronchus.
2. Metastatic carcinoma of the lungs, liver, adrenal glands, skull, brain, pericardium and lymoh nodes.
Diagnosis: Metastatic small cell carcinoma
